How It Works

Five phases. Zero chaos.

Every step of your casting process, guided and organized — from the first public announcement to the final cast list publish.

1
Casting Call

Open auditions digitally.

Create a casting call for your show. Actors browse open roles and submit prioritized requests for the parts they want — ranking their top choices. You control how many requests each actor can submit. Share the signup link or QR code on your social media, school announcements, or flyers.

2
Auditions

Schedule slots. Score from anywhere.

Create audition time slots that actors sign up for like any other shift. Panel members score each performer privately using a 9-field scorecard — no clipboards, no paper, no comparing scores mid-session. Access scores from your phone from the back of the house.

3
Callbacks

Call back with one click.

Compare scores across all panelists side-by-side. Select actors for callbacks and schedule dedicated callback sessions. Panelists score again — independently from the initial round — so you have a clean second look without bias from the first round's results.

Casting Decisions

Cast, understudy, or pass.

With scores in hand, assign each actor to a role: Cast, Understudy, or Not Cast. Multiple members per role are supported for alternating casts or shared parts. Cast Sets let you define "Lineup A" and "Lineup B" for shows that rotate. Every decision made on one screen — no spreadsheet juggling.

Complete

Publish. Done.

Close the auditions phase and publish the cast list. Cast members get notified automatically. The app adds them to the right show groups — so they can see the schedule, join the group chat, and RSVP to rehearsals immediately. Zero manual setup after casting.

"Strong belt, excellent emotional range in the sides. Needs more work on accents. Strong candidate for Maria — would also work as Anita."
